Rehabilitación de fachada en edificio de 53 viviendas en Oviedo. Se trata de una intervención de fachada realizada mediante la aplicación de mortero acrílico en dos colores para acentuar la forma y esbeltez del edificio. Se remata mediante la instalación de paños de composite en voladizos y entre carpinterías.
