Descripción de la obra

Renovación de patios interiores en bloque de viviendas, enfocada en revitalizar y embellecer las fachadas. El saneamiento incluye una limpieza exhaustiva, tanto mecánica como manual, y la reparación de desperfectos acumulados con el tiempo. Como toque final, una pintura en dos tonos aporta luminosidad y realza el espacio. Para lograr un conjunto armonioso, se pintan también barandillas, balconeras y fesqueras, unificando el aspecto del patio en un entorno renovado y lleno de vida.
